Return/Exchange and Refund Policy
Please drop us a mail at official@craftofkyoto.com in case of an exchange, along with your order details and image proof for the exchange cause.
- Exchange Period: We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange query is accepted by our team, a notification will be sent to your registered email. - Refunds: Refunds are only offered in cases where an exchange order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.
General Guidelines
- The customer must send the order back to the warehouse at their own cost for exchanges. - Exchange shipment costs will be refunded once the quality check for the returned item is approved. - Once the returned product is received at the warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check. Upon approval, the exchange query will be processed further. - Estimated delivery for all exchange queries is 7-10 working days. - If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock, a full refund for the item(s) will be provided.
Important Notes
- Condition of Products: - Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. - If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, the query will not be processed. - False Return Orders: - False return orders will be sent back to the customer, with return shipment costs to be paid by the customer.
- Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final. No cancellations or refunds are offered for prepaid orders. - COD Orders: Cancellation is only permitted for COD orders if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Exchange of Products
You may initiate an exchange request under the following conditions: 1. Product does not fit. 2. Product is defective. 3. Wrong product is delivered.
If an exchange order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be provided to the customer.
Mandatory Conditions for Exchange
The product must:
- Not be worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
- Retain brand tags,original packaging, and accompanying accessories intact and unaltered.
- Be unaltered and unused.
- Match the records of the order under which it was bought.
- Be free of foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage.
- Be returned as a complete set if purchased as a set.
- Be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not satisfy these conditions.
